She used Jet Black StazOn ink to stamp on the plastic globes.

This is a picture frame made by using cardstock for the base with a designer paper layer.
Photo goes in at the top. Window sheet used on the embossing folder layer.

Hi Karen, love the 3d projects. Question, is the photo frame in the form of a card or does it have an easel made from cardstock on the back? If the latter it would be interesting to know or see what it looks like.
Hi Kay. I updated the post to show you a side view of the photo frame. Doesn't have an easel One piece of cardstock is scored and has a mountain fold to allow the frame to stand up. Hope this helps.
