Starlets, and Master Board

Just working on a few embellishments.

I'm really just trying to use some of the stuff I have.

I found the movie camera die while sorting through some stuff.

Someone must have sent it to me, as I don't have a die like this.

Did a search online, and found the RKO logo. The vintage

girl reminds me of starlets that were in RKO pictures.

Another starlet themed card I made.

The base is a time card that I inked with distress oxides.

Smaller one is a memorydex card.

These are from a smaller master board that I made yesterday.

Two journal cards, and a tag. Inking was done on onion skin paper. Which

is very thin paper that has a crinkly feel to it. I backed the piece on cream card stock.

The kitchen remodel is going so slowly. The house is a complete mess.

The only safe haven I have is the "Crafting Chateau"

Library Card Book

Saw these at the craft show this past Sunday.

Loved them so much that I bought a kit to make one.

It comes with the library pockets, mat board covers, spine,

library cards, and binding. I just need do do the artwork

and put it together. I love the one with the vintage door knob.

Photo of the center of the book. Lots

of ways to decorate, and add a personal touch.

Not a good pic, but this shows how the book opens.

Each page has a library pocket and card.

When I bought the kit I also purchased a pack of white library cards,

and a package of color ones. I didn't see that the kit came with

the library cards, so I guess I didn't have to purchase the packs, but

I know I'll use them for other journaling projects. They came

with 24 to a pack, so I have plenty!

Me and hubby went to the movies. Haven't been since before

the pandemic. Saw King Kong vs Godzilla. I'm

never one to miss a new Godzilla movie!

The CGI was great!
