I took a plastic tube that I picked up from Pat Catan's several years ago, and
wrapped the top part with washi tape.
Then I stamped the image with black and punched out with circle punch.
Next I made a rosette to mount the image on.
Side view so you can see the washi tape.
The rosettes are easy to make. I normally start with 11" piece of designer paper then figure out how wide I want the strip. I think this one I cut at 1/2 inch. All you have to do at than point is score every 1/4 across the strip. Accordion fold the glue the ends together. Collapse the strip upon itself to form a circle.
