Berry Smoothie







I just love summer! Just to be able to go outside ride the bike and work up a good sweat....ah......feels so good! One of the things I like to make after a long bike ride is a smoothie. This one is made with a cup of chopped watermelon, 1 cup blueberries, 1/2 fat free milk, 6 ice cubes, and just a bit of pure honey. And you thought the only smoothie I ever drank was the big green monster! Surprise!
