Snow and Cardinal, Bird Builder Punch

I woke up to snow yesterday morning. We knew it was coming

so it didn't come as a surprise. We got about 3 inches.

And was it ever windy!!!!!

You can see the pine tree in the backyard is covered in snow.

Skip has been biting at the bit to top this year and use it as

our Christmas tree, but I won't let him cut it down.

Its planted outside of our bedroom window and I like looking at it.

Plus is provides a block to the neighbors deck.

This isn't a good picture, but you can see a little spot of red on the tree.

Its a cardinal on a branch riding out the swirling snow.

So here is my tribute to the snow and the cardinal.

I used bird builder punch with Real Red, So Saffron, Basic Black.
