Upside Down Cake...Mixed Up


I made this cake for the family last week. Really simple and good! 

One box of angel food cake mix
one 20oz can of crushed pineapple
fat free Cool Whip

Heat oven to 350

Mix the cake mix and crushed pineapple together in a large mixing bowl. Don't drain the juice go ahead and add that also. 
Spray 13x9x2 pan with cooking spray.
Add cake mixture to the pan.
Bake for 25 minutes. 
Top will be light brown. 
After the cake is cool add the thawed Cool Whip on top for the frosting. 
Decorate with a cherry if desired. 

Its just like pineapple upside down cake with a lot less fat. The entire family loved it.
