Sunbonnet Sue Doll

I caught a sewing bug over the weekend.

Sunbonnet Sue has been a favorite of mine since I was a little girl.

Came across this printed panel in a Nancy's Notions catalog and had to have it.

Just basic cutting, sewing and stuffing. Nothing hard about it.

Love her little apron. This was a separate piece that was gathered

and sewn with a waist band. I used some SU ribbon to finish it off.

Went shopping with Sarah on Sunday. Happy to say I found my dress!

We also got a few accessories to go with it. I still have

to look for shoes this week. I

also have an early morning appointment at the Medina Hospital.

I have to get my pre-surgery screening done.
