I just got an order from the new catalog and I was having trouble
lining up the Beautiful Bunch flower with the matching Fun flower punch.
So today I'm going to show you how to mark the flowers so they line up with the punch.
First take a piece of cardstock and slide the punch all the way up as far as it
will go and punch.
Slide the punched cardstock out and flip it over on your work station.
We are doing this because the punch will have a reverse image.
Write top on the top, and bottom on the bottom.
Next place the flower stamp on a clear block.
Now place the punched cardstock on top and rotate it until the flower
petals fit perfectly inside the punched image.
Carefully lift the stamp at the bottom and mark it with an
ink pen along the edge and a little on the underside of the stamp.
Now when you line up the stamp on the block you will
be able to see the bottom mark. After the stamp is inked simply
stamp it on the cardstock so the mark is at the bottom. Then punch.
Hope this makes sense. Or is it as clear as mud?
Happy Birthday to my sister Charolette who turns 60 today.
Since she would hurt me if I posted a recent photo of her I'm posting one of her
childhood birthday party photos. I'm not sure how old she was in this, but I'm guessing 5 or 6.

I have just received this set and why did I not think of this simple idea? Because you're so clever that's why. Thank you so much for sharing. X
